DREW & LINCOLN COUNTIES (3-20) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for improvements to a roadway in Drew & Lincoln Counties, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.
The purpose of this project is to resurface 9.4 miles of selected sections of Highway 425 between Monticello and Star City.
Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel Company of Pine Bluff was awarded the contract at $3,294,850.57.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is expected in mid 2020.
