The Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police recognized a need for police uniforms and gear for the officers of the Strong Arkansas Police Department. They reached out across the state for help, and since we had an overflow of what was being requested, we responded. Chief of Police William Morgan made the drive from Strong, Arkansas, to collect the uniforms and gear. We, as a department, have been helped throughout the years by outside sources, and it is such a blessing to return the favor and pay it forward.
