This past sunday, Troop F’s Corporal Greg Rowland, along with members of the Kingsland, County Line and New Edinburg fire departments participated in a very special birthday celebration. Caleb Rice turned 6 years old this week and loves first responders!! These agencies were able to get together to give Caleb a parade at his home. Corporal Rowland made the day even more memorable by giving Caleb a “Trooper Bear” for his birthday! Caleb – the ASP wishes you a very happy birthday!!!
