Cooks are responsible for preparing more than one order at a time, and the menu items are generally simple, such as hamburgers and other sandwiches, eggs and breakfast items, french fries and other fried foods. Candidate should be a natural multi-tasker who can work quickly and efficiently. Working as a cook requires tolerating hot kitchen conditions and standing for long periods of time. Cooks are also responsible for prepping for next shift and keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and tidy. Cooks are responsible for keeping steam table foods replenished and fresh. Cooks are also responsible for putting up food stock.
