Brain Russell was found guilty on all 3 charges of abuse of corpse, felon of firearm, first degree murder and sentenced to 70 years in prison for three charges. 40 years on murder, 20 years on felon in possession of a firearm (gun), 10 years for abuse of corpse. The sentences are to run consecutively, meaning the 20 year sentence will not begin until the 40 year sentence expires, and the 10 year sentence will not begin until the 20 year sentence ends.
