Chicot County Ark Sheriff Ronald Nichols would like to ask you all to please use caution when you have to get out and about today.The roads are flooded due to the heavy rain and visibility is at a minimum due to the weather. We are under a flash flood warning. We are currently working 3 accidents due to vehicles that have hydroplaned! Please if you don’t have to get out, please stay in and be safe.
