FYI: Rules are being enforced out at the landfill and they no longer accept most things.
They accept:
Demolition-type trash (wood, busted up concrete)
Branches – must be cut into 4 foot pieces
They do not accept:
Household items of any kind
Appliances
Electonics
Plastic
Hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9-4
The number in the comments is listed on the sign out there for emergencies. No one answered that number when I called.
Does anyone know if the county landfill is open for sure today and, if so, what time they close? If anyone has a number that goes directly out there, that would be helpful.
