This week’s highlight is Carlos Garcia!
Carlos has worked for the city since 2003 and is currently the Assistant Chief of Police. He is originally from New York City. He came to Warren in 1997-1998 with the Army, met his wife, and moved to Monticello 5 years later. Carlos and his wife have two daughters together.
Carlos enjoys getting to meet different people everyday. He shared with us that he believes Monticello is great city, and that it is easy to take for granted all of the things that a small town can provide- such as being greeted when you walk into a room or seeing strangers care for other strangers.
