Recently there have been many problems that are keeping the trash truck drivers from being able to pick trash up.
Here are some of the most common reasons why your trash is not being picked up:
• Trash cans being over filled and the lid not closing all the way
• Large items being thrown in trash cans that should be placed on the “Large Item” list
• Trash being placed beside and on top of trash cans
• Trash not being bagged properly
Below are the Do’s and Don’ts for trash. If you need a copy, the water office has plenty to hand out.
For large items or leaves and limbs, please call the water office at 870-367-3415 and we will get you put on the list for Wednesday pick-up.
If you have recycling, call the transfer station at 870-367-4407.
