The City of Monticello is inviting proposals for the purchase of the former National Guard Armory building located at 809 Jordan Drive, Monticello, AR 71655.
Detailed information regarding the property and the City’s expectations for a proposal may be obtained from the City’s website at www.monticelloarkansas.us, by calling City Hall at 870-367-4400 and asking for Paige Chase or Kirstin Garrison or by email at [email protected] or [email protected].
There will be one group inspection tour at which the City will provide ample time and details for prospective proposers to obtain facts necessary for a successful submittal. Interested parties should gather at the subject property on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
All sealed proposals may be submitted to PO Box 505, Monticello, AR 71655 c/o Kirstin Garrison or brought by City Hall at 203 E Gaines St., Monticello, AR 71655.
The City of Monticello will be opening sealed proposals at 2:00p.m. on December 1st at 203 E Gaines St. Monticello, AR and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
