This week’s highlight is DTF Agent James Slaughter!

James is originally from Fountain Hill but has called Monticello home for 18 years. He has worked in law enforcement for over 11 years, with 8 of them being with the Monticello Police Department. His favorite part of his job is helping the citizens of Monticello and surrounding areas, by helping to do his part in lowering the crime rate. When James isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his fiancé, children and grandchildren or you can find him fishing.
