This means that grass and weeds are at it again.
Under Ordinance No. 784 grass can be no longer than 10 inches in height.
Other things to be removed are:
Litter
Inoperable vehicles
Any unsanitary or unsightly articles
Stagnant pools of water
These things are required to be taken care of for sanitary reasons and to keep the City of Warren in good condition.
If the City has to come in and do this work, you will be charged for any costs incurred.
