The Dallas County Office of Emergency Management received the HugPatrol Stuffed Animal Grant through the Shapira Foundation for 50 stuffed animals to hand out to children that face disaster or emergencies.
These animals are hoped to bring a piece of comfort to the little ones that face adversity.
