The Drew County NAACP Branch 6042 will host its first Meet The Candidate Forum Sunday, April 10 from 4 to 6 pm at the Sadie T. Johnson Building.
Hosted by the Political Action Committee, candidates will be given the opportunity to share their platform and participate in a question and answer session. The first forum will focus on local candidates. According to the committee chairman, Rev. Darrion Buffington, it was important to give this opportunity to the candidates who need to be heard before the primary election.
