At 7:45 am Dumas AR FD Chief Byrd and his crew was paged out to a vehicle in the ditch on oakwood bayou before the s curve dispatch advised responding units that they didn’t know if anyone was in the vehicle. At 7:46 am Dumas AR EMS was paged out to the scene.
