Desha County Arkansas Clerk will be conducting early voting at the courthouse
Oct 19- Nov 2nd. We will have off site early voting At the Dumas Commumity Center and the McGehee Municipal Complex for five days which are Oct 26th, 27th,28th,29th, and 30th. We are hoping this will allow people more time to vote and not all rush to come in at once due to the pandemic. We also will have absentee voting for anyone who requests a ballot. If you are nervous about going to the polls you can check the box stating you will be unavoidably absent on the absentee ballot application. Contact my office at 870-222-0873 or 870-222-0870 to request an application for a ballot. Keep in mind you will need to make a copy of your ID and mail it back only when you mail your ballot in…If you choose to go to the polls we will have plenty of sanitizer and we will have extra precautions in place for your safety. We ask that everyone wear a mask if at all possible. Thank you for allowing me to serve as your Desha County Clerk, and for trusting me to look out for all of you.
