Fire Hydrant Repairs Brings Early Morning Low Water Pressure To HWY 278 E, Oakland St, Winchester

We just heard from out Public Works Dept. that they will be working on a fire hydrant for a short time this morning. If you live on Oakland St., Hwy 278 E, or Winchester, you might experience loss of water while this repair is being made.
