In response to COVID-19, The Great I Am Temple in partnership with The Southeast Arkansas Financial Education Center, Inc,distributed care packets and monetary gifts to nominated senior citizens of Drew County. These organizations are working together to help strengthen the community and promote safety during the pandemic. The senior recipients were Bill and Gean Jones, Frank and Artie McCoy, Leo and Patsy Williams, Othello King, Joanna Johnson, and June Baker.
Proceeds were made possible from The Great I Am Temple and the Arkansas Community Foundation grant from Arkansas Delta Endowment for Building Community. The deliveries were made by the Great I Am Temple pastor, Jerome Pace, and S.A.F.E. Center Inc., CFO/Director, Dr. Chris Allen.
The Great I Am Temple Church,located at 300 N. Main Street, is led by Pastor Jerome Pace and the S.A.F.E. Center, Inc., non-profit organization,located at 224 Hwy. 425 South, was founded by Clarissa Pace.
