The Dallas County Office of Emergency Management is thrilled to share the Halloween spirit! Join us on Tuesday, October 31, starting at 5 PM, at the Dallas County Emergency Management Center, located at 111 W 4th St in Fordyce. We’ll be handing out delightful candy and other goodies, but be sure to come early while supplies last. It’s going to be a spooktacular time!
