Important Information From Union Bank & Trust Company

Union Bank is excited to announce we are upgrading our core operating system to better serve you!

The new system will provide better banking services along with the personal service you know and trust. The update is Friday, September 22nd-Sunday, September 24th

• While we anticipate a smooth transition with minimal disruption, a few services will be temporarily unavailable. Below is a guide to important dates and changes. If you have questions or need assistance related to your accounts, we are here to help! Please contact us at 870-460-6400 or 870-226-2035 or stop by any Union Bank location.


Checking and Savings account holders will receive either an electronic or physical printed

statement as of Friday, September 22, 2023.

Your statement will include accrued interest paid on interest-bearing accounts.

You will receive two statements in September; one as of September 22, 2023, and the other for the month-end on the new operating system.

Important Dates during Core Update

Saturday, September 23rd – BANK CLOSED – Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) are open for transactions; however, you will not be able to get balances for your accounts.

Friday, September 22nd at 6:00 through Sunday, September 24th-Internet Banking will NOT be Available. You will need to download your transactions to Quicken or QuickBooks before 6:00

PM on Friday, September 22nd. Upon initial login following our upgrade, you will be required to

enter authentication information.

Monday, September 25, 2023 – BANKING AS USUSAL Regular Banking Hours
