The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the assistance of the public in locating James Steffon Aycock, 59 years of age. Mr. Aycock is believed to have been last seen approximately six months ago. Mr. Aycock’s last known place of residence is the 100 block of Otto Hall Road in the Moscow / Tamo community in Jefferson County.
