Two juveniles had their first appearance this morning in-front of Circuit Judge Robert Gibson set their bonds at $70,000 each they are charged with Unlawful Discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, unlawful possession of a handgun by a minor, and theft by receiving of a firearm.
