At 6:53 Star City AR FD was paged out to a car in the bayou at Garret Bridge requesting rescue. At 6:53 am Garnett AR FD was also paged out to Garrett Bridge for the car in the bayou. At 6:56 a.m Dumas AR FD Chief Byrd and his crew was also paged out by state police. At 7:06 am Dumas AR EMS was paged out to the scene.
