In the early morning hours of August 31st, 2023, Officers were called to the address of 303 Chickasaw Road in McGhee, in reference to a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers and EMTs found Clint “Bo” Vick with a single gunshot wound to the chest, inside the home. Vick was immediately transported to the McGhee Hospital, via ambulance, where he was pronounced dead. Tiffany Cobb, the resident of the home, was detained for questioning, where she gave a preliminary statement to the officers that Vick had physically assaulted her before pulling out a knife, threatening her and her family, which led to her retrieving a gun and firing a single shot at Vick, before fleeing and calling 911. Officers are currently consulting with the 10th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office about the case, and the incident is still under investigation.
