According to Grady Arkansas police chief Kenny Hunter Jermey Brooks of Doniphan Missouri was charged with several traffic offense and refused chemical test – commercial motor vehicle after hitting a parked Grady Arkansas Police Department vehicle while it was conducting a traffic stop on Sunday August 29th 2022.
