According to Monticello Police Department’s Chief of Police, Carlos Garcia, the police department received a call on the morning of July 17,2023 reporting of a Monticello Senior Citizen’s van stolen. The van was recovered within hours. Unfortunately, the van was vandalized. The investigation is still ongoing.
