First and foremost, thank you to everyone whom has supported Smokin’ Mills BBQ & Steakhouse. We are grateful for our amazing staff that has hung in there during these struggles. It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of our restaurant this Saturday, Nov 6th. 2021. It has been a tough year for a few reasons: Covid not only kept people from coming out to restaurants, but sent meat and grocery products soaring. We have seen a decline in sales and an incline in costs. In August, we petitioned the Lincoln County Quorum Court for the ability to serve wine and beer to aid in offsetting the lost revenue, however the plea was declined. We have exhausted all of our resources in an attempt to keep the doors open and play a role in revitalizing The Country Village and generating income for Lincoln County. This will take many years to overcome the financial burden on our family, however we stand strong in our faith that God will make a way. Please pray for all of our staff members that were notified about their loss of employment.
