On Wednesday, June 26, 2019 Deputies encountered Kevin Gurnsey (29) of Sparkman, Ar on a traffic stop operating a commercial vehicle without a CDL. Deputies discovered approximately 12grams of ice (methamphetamine) as well as other drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Gurnsey was placed under arrest and transported to the Dallas County Detention Center without incident.
