Today a probable cause hearing was held for 25-year-old Christopher McDaniel’s in Desha County Arkansas Circuit Court. He is likely to be charged with 1st Degree Murder, in the stabbing death of his grandfather, James Petty, in Arkansas City Arkansas over the weekend. McDaniel’s bond was set at $500,000.
