The Chamber of Commerce is taking a new approach to recognizing local businesses. In the past, we gave “spotlights” to businesses. However, starting this month we will be moving to a more conventional method of recognizing community businesses and leaders for their service to Star City and Lincoln County. We hope this will be a more consistent process and help recognize chamber members for their positive roles in our community.
For the month of March, we are recognizing Turner Towing. Turner Towing was opened in 2014 by Virgil and Thomas Turner. Their services include big truck diesel repair, towing, and small automobile repair.
During the 2021 snow storm, Thomas volunteered his time to clear many business parking lots and driveways so the town could return to normal operations. Thank you Thomas and Turner Towing!
