On Tuesday September 8, 2020 the Calhoun County Sheriff Office along with the 13th Judicial Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence on Calhoun 72. During the past few months the Calhoun County Sheriff Office Deputy’s have executed a series of controlled narcotic purchases at this residence on Calhoun 72, leading to a search warrant and arrest warrant being issued for Aaron Michael Berry. On the morning of September 8, 2020 while executing the search warrant, Aaron Michael Berry was taken into custody and multiple articles of narcotics equipment were seized from the residence. Berry is currently being held at the Calhoun County Detention Center for 2 counts of Delivery of Meth or Cocaine Greater than 2 grams but Less than 10 grams, multiple counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia both Felony and Misdemeanor, and 1 count of Keeping or Maintaining a Drug Premises.
