SEARCY, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Monticello men’s and women’s basketball games at Harding Saturday, Feb. 20, have been canceled due to hazardous travel conditions from the winter weather across the state of Arkansas.
The Blossoms and Weevils will not make up the contests against the Bisons.
UAM will start the final week of the regular season by hosting Southern Arkansas Monday, Feb. 22. The Blossoms are scheduled to tip off against the Muleriders at 5:30 p.m. with the Weevils to follow 30 minutes after the women’s game ends.
The Weevils sit atop the Great American Eastern Division standings at 10-3 in conference play and 11-3 overall. Meanwhile, the Blossoms (1-3, 1-3 GAC) have not taken the court for a game since Jan. 21 at Harding.
