At 5:08 am Dermott Arkansas Fire department was paged out to an early Wednesday morning call of a fan on an air conditioner unit burned out that caused smoke to fill the front lobby. In cases like that, the fire department will always be called as a precautionary measure to ensure resident and staff safety. At 5:16 am Dermott Arkansas Fire Department requested assistance from Collins – Cominto Arkansas Fire Department.
